This seminar will offer attendees a primer on working with residuals from wastewater treatment processes, collectively called biosolids. There will be an overview of existing regulations in Alberta as well as looking at some proposed changes being considered to expand existing rules. This session will also include existing uses, projects and operations to provide attendees with the contacts, tools and useful lessons learned to bring back to their organizations.

There will be a Calgary Composting Facility tour the day before the seminar, Monday May 14, 1 pm. Included in registration, PPE required.
